For several reasons, I hate dealing with Malaysian companies. One of the matter is slow/non payment.
Cost has been absorbed, services has been rendered, the only item pending is the final payment. I have no idea why it’s so hard to get customers to pay. When I give a quotation, it’s not only an indication of my price to you, it also means you have to set aside a budget for it.
Is it fair if I abuse my customer by terminating their hosting? Or cleared their database? Or replace their index.php file with something else? That would be unprofessional, but what about non paying customer? Not only they are unprofessional but also an ass and deserves to be on wall of shame.
At this rate we aspire to be developed nation? Don’t kid me.

I usually shut them down after the grace period written on the invoice.
Will bare that in mind next time around 🙂
I feel you bro! I could use Ross’s suggestion as well for the next project! 😉
