I am slightly upset with Mydeal.com.my, they are selling el-cheapo fake Beats on the website. It may not be my affair to meddle with, but this wrong. By selling fake items, you are reducing your standards from a high street shop to Petaling Street. Nothing wrong with Petaling Street, except people go there when they want to. Not be warped all of a sudden.
Selling fake items will reduce your customer’s trust. Today it maybe fake item, the next maybe a bad car waxing service (this happens way too often). A solid branding image is futile if you want to be in the game.
I hope Mydeal considers and weight their options properly next time.
