I guess it’s now screaming “RECYCLE ME!” in case you missed Sunday’s Headline. The price of paper & stationery may increase to 50% by year end.
For many of those who don’t really know me, I am all ‘green’. Also being one of the reason of not participating in the last general election, no party preached about global warming or going green. (more…)

CONFIRMED
RM 2.70 PER LITER
In today’s News, Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad announced that the government will increase the price of fuel by August. He also said that they will restructure the subsidy. (Babi penipu!)
KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on Wednesday announced price hikes for petrol, diesel and electricity. He said the new price for petrol is RM2.70 a litre, effective midnight tonight. The price goes up by 78sen from the current RM1.92, a hike of 40%. Abdullah also announced that the price of diesel would be increased by RM1 from RM1.58 to RM2.58. He also said that Tenaga Nasional Bhd would be raising electricity rates by 18% for homes and 26% for business users. (the Star)
I wrote before on our petrol price being expensive. So I’m going to perform a realistic calculation for a typical household. (more…)

Petronas.
The name evokes admiration in many Malaysians, for there stands a towering national company; a benchmark and an example for all other GLCs.
Indeed, some go so far as to say that it is Malaysia’s only truly world-class company, up there with the best. (more…)

In my previous post, I mentioned that I have a presentation for the MSC Pre Seed Program.
The outcome was bad. I can safely say that we’re only 30% qualified for it, probably lower, considering the way they ganged on us.
I started my presentation as soon as the time keeper said go. We were only given 10 MINUTES to present everything. Our idea was big, an advertisement network like Google Ads + NuffNang and many likes of it. Throughout our presentation, these evaluators rarely looked me in the eye. It must be a dreadful day for them to sit and listen to others, but it was hell to me, I needed their attention more than anything else. 10 minutes je pon susah sgt ke?

“Maybe some day, I too can work in a 5 star hotel”.
A short clip of FlyFM’s advertisement to be exact.
Who are they trying to kid? Imagine walking into that college, a man introduces himself as the dean and told you, “You are guaranteed a position in a 5 Star hotel. You will LEARN the art of serving overpriced food & drinks.”
Has Malaysian ambition & expectation sunk so low? Last I checked with Emok, he wanted to be a scientist
My old man told me, “asal halal sudah“, I don’t think that’s the case here
Let’s not bicker in flames and change that line to, “Maybe someday, I can open my own 5 start hotel“. Now that sounds much better, don’t you think?
ps : I believe it’s a hotel management course

It seems this topic gets rather unusual response over at MalaysiaKini.com, Khir Toyo’s Blog and printed medias.
All in all, it’s best for the NATURE and the people.
On other note, Khir Toyo explained, that he is performing his umrah (09/04/08 - 18/04/08). But he did update his blog on 10th, 11th and 12th. Is this is a trickery or the Arabs have good internet connection?
ps: Dr Khir, please be settle your umrah first, then come back and sort out this head ache of yours
pss: RM100mil for pig project or RM100mil for a space tourist, which is better?
NH’s quote: Good that you (Khir Toyo) seek forgiveness from the Al-Mighty. What about forgiveness from the rakyat?

No details. Just forwarded pictures
I have to say, it does look like Honda Accord.
After so many replacement model, when are we going to see a Hybrid model? What about hydrogen? Proton only thinks about making money, they’re not a passionate car maker.
Look at how they sell their car… parked under bright sunlight or a tree or a row of abandon shop houses. Do you see any Toyota or Honda being sold like that?
If they are passionate about automobile, they won’t be air-drying the car until its sold. Dumbass? I thought so too.
ps: I promised myself that my second car will be an alternative to petrol. Not to save money, but save the planet
