Scottish and Canadian researchers used a new form of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to show it places an unnecessary strain on your back.
They told the Radiological Society of North America that the best position in which to sit at your desk is leaning slightly back, at about 135 degrees. [Source]

“You’ll fit in easily” That sounds pretty much like a condom advertisement. Notice the Two human like “connected” or rather “entangled”? It spells intimacy more than Tetris block. The rest of the text seconds the idea.

Often when meeting new crowds of friends, we’re prone to ask, “what do you do?”. The obvious answer for me is a Web Developer, and I personally feel it’s down right cool.
But there’s always a follow up statement that bugs me, “so you’re a freelancer”.
Trying my best not to bore people with what I do and how much fun I’m having, I nodded.
Somehow I get the feeling people look down on my job description. Partly because it sounds cheap, or maybe they’ve always thought that website is like blogger.com or wordpress.com, it’s free.
Is it so hard for them to see, that web developer has so many considerations before making it live? For instance, web usability and interface. It is always our best interest to provide the easiest solution, so layman can use them. (more…)

Lotion. I’m addicted to lotions. Especially after shower.
Pain. I was addicted to pain. The cut inside was so deep, a physical injury was needed to reflect the pain. Of course I’m not stupid enough to cut myself. And it made me immortal on the rugby field.
Hum. I hum myself to sleep. It may sound sad, but it does help truncating my train of thoughts.
